COVID-19 Related Policies

Due to the unprecedented impacts COVID-19 (Coronavrious) has had on our business, we have modified our services.

Please follow our guidelines listed out and prepare yourselves before arriving to Footlights.

In-store Guidelines and Regulations:

You do not need an appointment, however, wait times can vary and during peak business dates, clients may have to wait outside for capacity safety and restrictions. Please see our FAQ's for more details. 

  •  All guests are encouraged to wear face covering. 
  • You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon entry. Please do not wear gloves, you will be asked to remove them.
  • We encourage the use of scheduled pre-paid pickup when able to reduce the wait time in person.
  • Additional sanitation procedures will be conducted on a regular basis to maintain the cleanliness of the store.
  • Please do not bring a sick child (or yourself) into our stores. We have autoimmune compromised employees who rely on your cooperation and respect to follow all of our safety guidelines and procedures.


Appointments take priority over walk-in clients. Walk-in clients may be subject to a wait list. Please do not bang or pull repeatedly on our doors. We see you, please wait patiently for assistance.
