COVID-19 Related Policies

Due to the unprecedented impacts COVID-19 (Coronavrious) has had on our business, we have modified our services offered in-store and virtually.

Please follow our guidelines listed out and prepare yourselves before arriving to Footlights.

In-store Guidelines and Regulations:

You do not need an appointment, however, wait times can vary based on standing appointments.

To schedule an appointment for in store shopping (including returns), select "Book Now" . For booking under 24 hours in advance, please email the desired location for request:, or

  • All guests are required to wear face covering at all times. This must be in place prior to entry (must cover your mouth and nose). Failure to have proper face covering will result in you not being allowed to enter our store.
  • You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon entry. Please do not wear gloves, you will be asked to remove them.
  • We encourage the use of scheduled pre-paid pickup when able.
  • We will be following strict cleaning procedures before, during and after each appointment. Additional sanitation procedures will be conducted on a regular basis to maintain the cleanliness of the store.
  • Any client showing symptoms of being sick may be asked to leave or denied entry. Please do not bring a sick child into our store. We have autoimmune compromised employees who rely on your cooperation and respect to follow all of our safety guidelines and procedures.

Scheduled in-store pickups are available at all three locations. You can select this option at checkout online or contact the desired location to place your order over the phone or via email. Please keep in mind, there is no legal street parking directly outside of the Silver Spring location.

Appointments will still take priority over walk-in clients. Walk-in clients may be subject to a wait list. We ask that pointe shoe fittings not arrive less than 45 minutes prior to closing. Please do not bang or pull repeatedly on our doors. We see you, please wait patiently for assistance.
