Shipping Policy and Rates

• Regular UPS Ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail
• For U.S. shipping - $12.00 for the first item. Additional items will be charged extra depending on their weight.
• Second Day and Next Day shipping charges can be discussed at the time of purchase.
• There will be additional shipping charges for items shipped outside of the U.S.
• Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing

Discrepancies

• Shipping errors must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the order

Returns and Exchanges

• Returns for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of shipping date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Returned merchandise must be received in its original new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice BEFORE exchange merchandise or refund is issued.
• All returns must be shipped postage paid
• Regular shipping fees will apply to all exchanges. (See Shipping Policy and Rates)
• Prices are subject to change without notice

• We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, OR DISCOVER
• Maryland residents add 6% sales tax
• EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 2010 FOOTLIGHTS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING PERSONAL CHECKS

Back Orders

• Occasionally one or more items may be temporarily out of stock. We will ship all "in stock" items at once and the balance of your order will be shipped as soon as possible. All Back Orders will be automatically canceled after 90 days. Regular shipping charges apply to back order shipments. Customers wishing us to ship complete orders only should so indicate when placing the original order.
